Vorarlberg made itself a name particularly as hiking country, as a family-friendly holiday region and as culture country.
Hiking in all variations, e.g. on the ways to the water, or to over 3000 m is one of the activities in the summer. Family-friendly hotels and places offer special holidays possibilities to families with children.
The best of the culture summer will be the Bregenzer festivals on the world largest sea-stage, the Schubertiade in the Bregenzerwald and the Feldkirch festival. The numerous celebrations and events provide for entertaining holidays.
