Discover Europe

In the following days you have the opportunity to discover the heart of Europe with its diversity of culture, landscapes and languages. Europe has many different faces which express themselves in diverse traditions and customs. This tour gives you an overview of both the modern and the traditional aspects of Europe!

1st day: Vienna

You spend your first day in Europe in one of the most popular cities - Vienna. Take the chance and see the glamorous Ringstrasse with all the historical buildings including churches, governmental buildings, palaces and more. In the evening you have time to look around for your first souvenirs.

2nd day: Vienna - Salzburg

Start your day with a guided tour of Vienna’s most famous sight: The inner city with St. Stephan’s cathedral. The south tower of this gothic cathedral marks the centre of Vienna, measuring 137 m.  In the afternoon your trip takes you to the Wachau valley, a World Heritage Site recognized by the UNESCO. Following the loops of the Danube you can watch numerous vineyards passing by. To get a better insight into the Austrian wine tradition you visit the first Austrian wine museum – the Loisium – where you can watch the process of wine-making. In the evening you arrive in Salzburg, where you stay the night.

3rd day: Salzburg - Munich

Salzburg invites you to time travel into the past with its impressive fortress, palaces and museums. Accompanied by your guide you discover the most important sights of the city. After your city tour you will head off to Munich - a city of contrasts and a metropolis smelling of beer and pretzels. In Germany’s southernmost city you find modern architecture and historic buildings side by side. Round off your day with an orientation tour of the city centre.

4th day: Munich - Freiburg

In the morning you continue your journey to Freiburg – a romantic German city. Freiburg has a multicultural feel due to its location near the French and the Swiss border. Mozart was not the only famous person who spent some time here. Goethe, the famous poet, also left his imprints on this city. Enjoy a first orientation tour with your guide.

5th day: Freiburg - Koblenz

Today you change your means of transport on your way to Koblenz. To pass the Rhine River you will swap from bus to boat. Enjoy the romantic boat trip through breathtaking scenery. In the evening you arrive in Koblenz, where you stay overnight.

6th day: Koblenz - Paris

In the morning you leave for Paris, enjoying the scenery on your way through Luxemburg and the French province Elsass – Lothringen. In the afternoon a guide gives you an introduction to the city of Paris and shows you the most important sights, like the Eiffel Tower.

7th day: Paris

Today you spend all day in Paris, giving you the opportunity to discover the countless sights. Stroll along the wide and narrow streets and make the most of the fantastic shopping opportunities. Take your time to taste a typical croissant and some coffee and discover this dazzling city on your own.

8th day: Paris - Berlin

In the morning you take the airplane to Berlin. Berlin demonstrates a perfect mixture of old and modern architecture and traditions. You have the opportunity to see famous palaces, squares and the Brandenburger Tor (gateway from the west to the east and vice versa). Discover the most interesting sights on a city walk.
