The biggest and most modern youth hostel in Stockholm, situated close to the city centre on the island of Kungsholmen. All rooms are equipped with hotel beds (no bunk beds!). Bed linen are not included in the price. Bring your own or rent it here. Free cable TV in all rooms and free internet connection. If you don't bring your own computer there are computers with free Internet-access in the lobby. Some rooms are also suitable for disabled persons. Breakfast buffet available. YH af Chapman Skeppsholmen
The hostel `af Chapman'/Skeppsholmen is two hostels that operate as one. The beds are located in two locations, one is on an old sailing ship and the other in the hostel building adjacent to the ship. The beds are allocated by the hostel subject to availability. The hostel is one of the most famous landmarks in the city overlooking the Gamla Stan (the Old Town) and the Royal Palace. Total capacity for both hostels is 293 guests and facililities include laundry, kitchen and TV. |
